Our offering is inspired by where we live, alternating between our piney pocket in the great Northwest and the lush jungles of Maui’s North Shore. Our globe trotting treasure hunts take us to India, Morocco, Bali, Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas. We are humbled by the opportunity to work within these vast and diverse cultures. Our store is a great platform to share what we discover, learn and gather with our community.

WHO…
Our lifestyle has a brick and mortar store run by multiple generations of women from the same family. Our store opened in 2006 and is located in the historical heart of downtown Hood River, Oregon. We occupy a 3,000 square foot house built in the 1890’s. We carry a unique variety of clothing, shoes, accessories, gifts, textiles and home décor for women, men and kids. We invite you to come by and get to know the rest of our story. In addition to The Ruddy Duck, we run an ice cream store on the same corner and it is worth a trip just to get a huckleberry milkshake from Mike’s Ice Cream!
